Job Description:


Ronad is seeking a passionate and dynamic Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our rapidly growing team. This role will work closely with our Technology Team, playing a crucial part in driving product development and ensuring that our solutions meet business goals and user needs.


Responsibilities:


  1. Assist in defining product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with tech leads and the CTO to align product features with strategic business objectives.
  3. Assist in managing the product backlog, helping to define product requirements, and making sure they are fully understood by the engineering team.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  5. Coordinate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  6. Participate in scrum meetings, providing clear guidance and feedback to the development team.
  7. Monitor product performance using key metrics and produce relevant reports.
Qualifications:


  1. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Min 1 year of experience in product management or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product functionality and vision.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for making complex concepts simple and easy to understand.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
