Job Description:


Ronad is on the lookout for a strategic and dedicated Product Owner to be part of our vibrant team. The Product Owner will act as the liaison between our cross-functional teams and our stakeholders, embodying the voice of the customer and ensuring the team delivers value to the business.


Responsibilities:


  1. Defining and communicating product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
  2. Developing and managing the product backlog, creating appropriate user stories and prioritizing in line with business value.
  3. Collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders to define and design product features.
  4. Working closely with the development team to ensure that goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
  5. Monitoring progress and performance of the product, ensuring timely delivery of product increments.
  6. Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Review, Retrospectives, and Daily stand-ups).
  7. Ensuring the product increment meets the acceptance criteria and has the necessary quality.
Qualifications:


  1. BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  5. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  6. High degree of comfort with complex technical environments.
