Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team at Ronad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding market dynamics, driving product strategies, and bridging the gap between technological possibilities and business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  1. Define and manage comprehensive product strategies, aligning with company vision and customer needs.
  2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure successful product rollouts.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, assess competition, and understand market trends.
  5. Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product features, using data to drive product decisions.
  6. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all Ronad employees.
  7. Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to our customers.
Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 3+ years of product management or related experience.
  3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  5. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to effectively present to and influence team members and stakeholders.
