- Administering HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Leading and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
- Collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Handling HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
