Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager at Ronad, you will be responsible for:


  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Administering HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Leading and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Handling HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
