As the Senior HRBP at Ronad, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Leading and overseeing the execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Driving performance management processes and ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Contributing to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Collaborating with leadership to design and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Providing mentorship and support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is highly desirable.
