We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should be adept at multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in job posting creation and distribution across various platforms.
    • Screen incoming resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide necessary documentation.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required forms.
    • Coordinate orientation sessions and welcome new employees to the organization.
    • Facilitate the setup of new employee workstations and equipment.
  3. Benefits Administration:
    • Support employees with inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
    • Assist in open enrollment processes and benefits documentation distribution.
  4. Employee Relations:
    • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to HR management as needed.
    • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  5. Compliance and Policies:
    • Assist in ensuring HR practices adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
    • Help distribute and communicate updates to company policies and procedures.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
  7. General Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone inquiries.
Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
  • Prior experience in HR coordination or administrative support preferred.
