The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in job posting creation and distribution across various platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide necessary documentation.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required forms.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and welcome new employees to the organization.
- Facilitate the setup of new employee workstations and equipment.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support employees with inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in open enrollment processes and benefits documentation distribution.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to HR management as needed.
- Support HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Assist in ensuring HR practices adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Help distribute and communicate updates to company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Prior experience in HR coordination or administrative support preferred.
