 Raydad Company invites motivated and responsible people with the following specifications to complete its specialized employee for the position of technical team lead(Back-end & Front-end).


  • Responsibilities::

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers and professionals.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of our django backend, ReactJS and NextJS
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Ensuring high availability and scalability of back-end systems.
    • Planning and prioritizing project tasks and deliverables.
    • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum +4 years of professional experience in software development
    • Experience in pushing a Frontend team forward through new technologies, methodologies, and processes
    • Proven experience in software development with Django (backend), ReactJS and NextJS.
    • Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
    • Expert in Software Architecture.
    • Experience in database design.
