As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will join the product team in creating user interfaces for our digital products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design of user interfaces for our products.
- Participating in user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborating with other team members to implement designs.
- Making revisions based on user feedback and usability testing.
Key Qualifications:
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in design or a related field is a plus.
Interview Process for the Junior UI/UX Designer Position
- Phone Screening (15 minutes): A brief discussion about your background, experience, and interest in the role.
- Design Challenge (To be completed at home): A task related to UI/UX design to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving.
- In-depth Interview (45 minutes): A discussion about your design process, your completed design challenge, and how you handle feedback and revisions.
