• Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and software applications.
• Conduct systematic performance testing to ensure infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and maintain our Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
• Protect company data by following ITIL guidelines for security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Analyze infrastructure regularly to identify potential issues and make proactive modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT team to coordinate and communicate infrastructure changes, maintenance, and other related activities.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and solutions, and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs with customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure our IT infrastructure remains current.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
• Create and update documentation detailing our IT systems, operations, and architectural structure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer or similar role.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix server administration
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge    
• Expertise with containers and container orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with automation/configuration management using Ansible or Puppet
• Scripting Skills with at least one language (Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Node.js, Go)
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
• CI/CD implementation
• Expertise with Key-Value and NoSQL solutions
• Expertise with Relational Database solutions
• Experience with continuous monitoring using Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana ELK, EFK
• Experienced in web servers and load balancers (Nginx, HAproxy)
• Experience with messaging pub/sub systems (RabbitMQ, Active-MQ, Kafka etc.)
• Good Knowledge of Virtualization especially KVM
• Good Knowledge of Git/GitFlow
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and an ability to quickly learn new technologies
•  Experience with the ITIL framework.
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Phone Screening (15 min): A brief call to get to know you, understand your background, your experience with Linux systems, Kubernetes clusters, and the ITIL framework, and answer any initial questions you have about the company and the role.
• Technical Interview (90 min): A deeper dive into your technical skills. This session will include:
• Live Technical Assessment: Here, you will be asked to solve real-time scenarios related to Linux systems and Kubernetes cluster management. This could be a coding task or a system configuration problem, allowing us to assess your practical skills and problem-solving approach.
• Technical Discussion: We'll discuss your understanding of systems architecture, network protocols, server hardware, and ITIL framework. You might be asked to discuss how you would handle specific situations or solve infrastructure-related problems.
• Culture Fit (30 min): An assessment to see how well your values align with our company culture and team dynamics. This conversation usually involves hypothetical scenarios to gauge your responses and alignment with our company's actions.
