شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented person who is, in the first place, a curious marketer and, in the second, familiar with the aspects of the technical issues that a marketing automation specialist may encounter. We need a person who is passionate about working with technical and product teams and also capable of finding new ways to build communications with audiences and customers. We think that such a person should like the statistics and testing of all communication parts using segments of users.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding where the opportunities are and how we can bring them to reality.
  • Find the best way to satisfy business goals using marketing automation tools.
  • Drawing, controlling the quality, and running journeys and campaigns using a rational understanding of channels and their nature.
  • Monitoring the marketing automation activities and making sure that the system is working fine.
  • Monitoring trends of KPIs to find out that the communications with the users are working correctly.
  • Preparing reports of what takes place in the marketing automation activities and what its activities affect the whole business periodically.

Requirements

  • Familiar with the most important marketing automation tools used in Iranian businesses.
  • Good skills to communicate with different teams, from technical to financial.
  • Skills to overcome challenges, find solutions, or research the best ways.
  • Knowing what the customer life cycle is, what the user segment is, and how to use these concepts.
  • Knowing how to use data and related statistics to create the most impactful activities.
  • Good executive skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • At least three years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Good skills in working with Excel.
  • Familiarity with international marketing automation tools is considered advantageous.
