We are currently looking for a Fintech Associate Product Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the development and management of our financial technology products. As an Associate Product Manager in the Fintech industry, you will work closely with the Product Manager to help define product strategies, prioritize features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with customers and users.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product strategies and prioritizing features based on user needs and market trend
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitors in the Fintech industry
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and provide recommendations for product improvements
- Support in the development and testing of new products
- Embrace Agile and Lean methodologies in product development
- Engage directly with customers, listen to their feedback and needs, and implement necessary changes
Requirements:
- Academic Background in Economics or Finance
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean processes in product development Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to provide optimal solutions for product improvements
- Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and innovation
