Rabex is a forward-thinking company in FINTECH industry. We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational skills in product management and a keen interest in growing within the Agile product development framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in executing the product roadmap.
- Contribute to managing the product backlog, focusing on aligning tasks with business and customer needs.
- Engage with various departments, including marketing and development, to support unified product execution.
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings, aiding in clear communication between stakeholders.
- Assist in reporting task and project progress to senior management.
- Support the assessment and prioritization of stories, epics, and themes to align with product strategy.
- Help ensure the product meets company goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to product management processes.Interest in product development and strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong collaboration and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Fintech Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fintech industry, including key trends and technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Location: Tehran / Marzdaran - full time ( on-site )
