شرح موقعیت شغلی

At bluBank, we are looking for a talented and curious Data Analytics Senior Specialist to join our Data Team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on solving complex business problems through data. You will work closely with business and product teams to generate insights, design analytical solutions, evaluate initiatives, and support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own complex analytical projects from problem definition and hypothesis development to analysis, recommendation, and impact measurement.
  • Partner with business and product teams to identify opportunities, evaluate initiatives, and answer high-impact business questions.
  • Conduct advanced analytics, statistical analysis, experimentation, and quantitative modeling.
  • Design and evaluate experiments, A/B tests, and other analytical approaches to measure the impact of business initiatives.
  • Develop meaningful metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to develop reliable data and analytical solutions.
  • Contribute to analytical best practices, data quality, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Qualification:

  • MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or quantitative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, or Superset.
  • Experience with DWH, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
  • Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Banking or fintech experience is a plus.
