شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality visuals, motion graphics, UI animations, and illustrations that elevate the product experience and express the brand.
  • Create Lottie animations, micro interactions, and lightweight motion assets optimized for both mobile and web.
  • Develop illustrations and visual storytelling pieces that make complex ideas intuitive and emotionally engaging.
  • Collaborate with product designers to prototype and test interactive concepts — ensuring motion and visuals enhance usability and delight.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, adding motion guidelines, illustration principles, and reusable visual assets.
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual language across all user touchpoints — from static screens to animated moments.
Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion design, visual design, and illustration work across different mediums.
  • Proficiency with Figma, After Effects, and tools like Rive or Lottie for prototyping motion.
  • Experience preparing assets for development using Lottie/Bodymovin workflows.
  • Understanding of UX principles, motion as part of interaction design, and how visuals guide user behavior.
  • Ability to balance creativity with usability and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent collaboration, feedback, and communication skills.
Bonus Points

  • Experience contributing to design systems or building motion and illustration libraries.
  •  Familiarity with front-end basics (CSS animations, React Native, or similar).
  • Comfort with 3D tools (e.g. Spline)
  •  Passion for storytelling, brand expression, and crafting emotionally resonant experiences.
