We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure that all project requirements are met and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Develop project schedules and timelines, and monitor progress against those schedules.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure projects align with technology roadmaps and IT strategies.
