شرح موقعیت شغلی


In Podro we are looking for a junior HR Specialist who has recently graduated from HR, MBA, or any similar fields. He or she has on the job training in the first 6 months to get ready for taking ownership in one or two HR functions afterward. Having A good understanding of a full HR cycle is essential for candidates.


 Responsibilities: 


Assisting in the Recruitment process 
Assisting in employee engagement activities
Assisting in the performance management process 
Prepareing HR related report


Requirement:


BSc in Human Resources Management, MBA, or similar field 
Good understanding of a full HR cycle
Communication Skills
Data-driven mindset
Result-orientate
Having a maximum of 1 year of work experience would be a plus
