An Associate Product Manager at SnappTrip gathers and discovers requirements, pushes for the company objectives, coordinates and collaborates on solution definition, executes, and communicates on development and delivery of product features
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate constantly with customers and stakeholders and have a proper vision of the problems, we need to solve via products
· Monitor and assess the business metrics and health and provide solutions to make sure products are adopted properly together with according PM
· Be the voice of customers, by conducting continuous surveys and studies and communicating pain points
· Be data-driven
· Lead to collaboration with tech, design, and data functions to deliver on promised roadmap

Requirements:
· Awesome verbal and written communication
· SCRUM
· English language 
· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job 
· Ability to lead a team without authority (leadership skill)
· Action-Oriented, Process Management 
· MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
· Proven experience in product management or similar roles, working in tech companies and development teams preferred
· Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management preferred
