** A product manager at Snapptrip gathers and discovers requirements, Prioritize and pushes for the company objectives, coordinates and collaborates on solution definition, executes, and communicates on development and delivery of product features

· Collaborate constantly with customers and stakeholders and have a proper vision of the problems, we need to solve via products

· Monitor and assess the business metrics and health and provide solutions to make sure products are adopted properly and the business is run as smoothly as possible
· Calculate impacts and prioritize ruthlessly to make sure business is reaching its targets as fast as possible
· Be the voice of customers, by conducting continuous surveys and studies and communicating pain points
· Be data-driven
. Be able to justify all decisions with concrete data-driven justifications.

· Communicate in structures and be able to structure complex ideas into understandable messages
· Lead to collaboration with tech, design, and data functions to deliver on promised roadmap
Requirements:
· Proven experience in product management or similar roles, working in tech companies and development teams
· Awesome verbal and written communication
· SCRUM
· English language
· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
· Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
· Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
· Ability to lead a team without authority (leadership skill)
· Action-Oriented, Process Management
· MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
