We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will support the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least one year of related experience required.
