شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
As a Helpdesk Support Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users who experience IT-related issues or have questions. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues, as well as assisting with software installations and upgrades.

You will Learn:
1-Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
2-Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
3-Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and other IT systems.
4-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals.

Qualifications and Skills :
1-better to know about computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
2-Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
3-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Location: Jordan
Working days and hours: from 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays to Wednesdays
