Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Adjust targeting, bidding, and creative strategies based on data insights.
• Analyze performance and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Generate detailed performance reports with optimization recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creatives for better engagement.
• Work with product, design, and content teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years in performance marketing, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce.
Proven track record with large-scale campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, …).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Extensive experience with Google Ads.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
