About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Agile Delivery & Operations Coordinator to join the Technology & Product team at Vibe. This role bridges delivery coordination, business analysis, operational support, and technical alignment for the CTO / Technical Lead. You will ensure cross-functional alignment, eliminate blockers, translate priorities into actionable tasks, and maintain smooth execution across our LendTech product workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Workflow Coordination:

  • Coordinate sprint/iteration workflows, track task execution, handle dependencies, and actively remove operational blockers.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and daily check-ins to maintain execution momentum across engineering and product teams.
  • Maintain precise updates in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) to ensure full delivery visibility.
Business Analysis & Requirements Translation:

  • Support the breakdown of business requirements and product goals into clear, execution-ready tasks and operational specifications.
  • Assist technical and product leads in maintaining backlog hygiene, task clarity, and scope definition.
Cross-Functional & CTO Operational Support:

  • Support the CTO / Technical Lead with operational follow-ups, execution tracking, and alignment of technical priorities.
  • Maintain continuous communication between engineering, product, and business leadership.
  • Track project risks, prepare concise progress reports, and escalate potential delivery bottlenecks early.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows, execution rhythm, and coordination standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Delivery Coordinator, Technical Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or Agile Facilitator within software development environments.

  • Domain & SDLC Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile/Kanban principles, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and cross-functional team dynamics.
  • Tooling: Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) and documentation standards.
  • Execution & Ownership: Exceptional follow-through discipline, high accountability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Key Competencies & Soft Skills

  • Clear Communication: Ability to bridge communication between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strategic approach to risk mitigation, dependency management, and changing priorities.
  • Operational Discipline: Detail-oriented focus on documentation, status reporting, and tracking action items to resolution.
