  • Responsibility:

  • Familiar to employer branding
  • Source passive candidates 
  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates 
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers 
  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive 
  • Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position 
  • Posting job openings on media and social media outlets 
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Update job descriptions for all positions in business units.
  • Identify and analyze employee competency gaps.
  •  Analyzing, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training to meet business needs.
  • Implementation of performance management process.
  • Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
  • Create an integrated training dashboard and generate reports.




  • Requirements: 

  • Good knowledge about best practices 
  • Coach-able person 
  •  verbal communication 
  • Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office 
  • English Language 
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Getting to know the employer brand
