- Responsibility:
- Familiar to employer branding
- Source passive candidates
- Search resume databases for ideal candidates
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers
- Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
- Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position
- Posting job openings on media and social media outlets
- Scheduling interviews
- Update job descriptions for all positions in business units.
- Identify and analyze employee competency gaps.
- Analyzing, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training to meet business needs.
- Implementation of performance management process.
- Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
- Create an integrated training dashboard and generate reports.
- Requirements:
- Good knowledge about best practices
- Coach-able person
- verbal communication
- Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office
- English Language
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Getting to know the employer brand
