Are you passionate about understanding user behavior and creating exceptional digital experiences? We're seeking a talented UX Researcher with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our SaaS product.

About the Role:
As our UX Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in uncovering user insights, driving product improvements, and enhancing overall user satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product meets and exceeds user expectations.

Responsibilities: 


  • Conduct in-depth Hotjar analysis to gain valuable insights into user behavior and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with Support and Sales teams to gather and analyze user feedback.
  • Design and implement effective surveys and feedback systems to capture user sentiments and needs.
  • Develop individual personas for each product, ensuring a deep understanding of our diverse user base.
  • Create comprehensive Customer Journey Map (CJM) artifacts to visualize and optimize the user experience.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze both in-person and online user interviews.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Data team to leverage quantitative insights for informed decision-making.
  • Execute thorough usability tests, including both pre-launch and post-launch evaluations.
  • Contribute to the Quality Assurance (QA) process to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications: 


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Hotjar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in creating user personas and journey maps.
  • Familiarity with survey design and qualitative research methods.
  • Ability to conduct and analyze user interviews and usability tests.
  • Basic understanding of QA processes in software development.
  • Passion for improving user experiences and driving product success.
