To strengthen its Development team, Parspooyesh is looking for engineers with the following qualifications as Development team
The company is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm

Job Responsibilites:

*Lead software development team to reach company and department objectives
*Set up clear standards and procedures of development
*Motivate the team and create a good atmosphere for constructive feedback
*Provide Quality Control over the results of the development team
*Package and support deployment of releases. Release management for new versions of the software product
*Enhance functionalities or develop new features for previously developed software products
*Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain backend and web/mobile based applications
*Maintain previously developed software products, fix bugs and customize software according to customer requirements
*Research and Select new technologies to be used in software products

                                             
Job Requirements:           

*Experience in software development team management
*Able to provide coaching and provide training/guidance to others in the team
*Expertise Agile, and Scrum methodologies
*Familiar with design patterns and software architecture design
*Familiar with BDD/TDD and test engineering/automation
*Must have excellent coding ability and passion to write code
*Must have strong problem-solving skills: creative, analytical, adaptable, logical and thorough and be willing to work in a team environment
*Willingness to be flexible towards working hours and occasional off-site travel
*Knowledge or experience in telecom and carrier field is a plus
*Knowledge or experience in Python and Golang is a plus
*Experience in Cloud native architecture is a plus
