• Lead design projects from conception through launch, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure effective, innovative, user-centred solutions are brought to market.
• Create, maintain, and expand the design system to ensure product consistency, focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Modify and refine designs, including wireframes, GUI, user flows, journey maps, and low-fidelity mockups for responsive web applications based on changing customer preferences and insights from user research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define product direction and strategy, focusing on developing simple solutions for complex workflows, thereby directly influencing the product's success and user satisfaction.
• Observe user behaviour to identify opportunities for UX improvements and create prototypes for testing and validation.

• 2-4 years of experience in digital product design.
• Having Background on Fintech or Social apps.
• Experience acrss diverse industries.
• Strong proficiency in using design and prototyping software (Figma ...) and a component-first mindset in design to efficiently create and iterate on design solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Solid understanding of front-end development practices and the technical constraints affecting design on web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively across multidisciplinary teams to define, shape, and execute design strategies.
• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to create scalable design solutions that ensure product consistency and usability.
• Familiarity with UX research.
