Our flagship product, ToyPal One, is a smart, heart-shaped bluetooth speaker designed to create personalized, screen-free storytelling experiences for children aged 3-10. The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and visionary Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of smart toys and enhancing children's learning experiences through technology. You will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn and Product Hunt profiles, developing partnerships and collaborations, and overseeing all sales channels including Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance our presence on LinkedIn and Product Hunt, ensuring our products and innovations are effectively showcased.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our mission and business objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize sales channels to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements and innovations.
Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the technology or toy industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, especially LinkedIn and Product Hunt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build meaningful relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Being familiar with Amazon and Amazon seller central and Amazon ads.
