We are a remote design agency highly specialized in products and brands. We have more than 50 successful collaborations with tech companies in Iran. Currently, we’re expanding our business to Europe and North America.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR generalist to join our Paradigm to assist us in implementing a variety of HR initiatives. Candidates should have comprehensive experience in the tech industry and have capabilities in employee engagement in remote working situations, recruitment, and selection, training, and communication.

There are multiple teams at Paradigm which are focused on different areas of design and development. Maintaining engagement in isolated teams is our most important concern recently as all our team members are designers and developers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding process in a remote working environment
• Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees.
• Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue
• Identifies training gaps in the organization
• Develop a career path for our junior members
• Plans training courses sessions, manages and monitors the assigned training budget for members and juniors

Requirement:
