Compensation: Starting from $14 per hour (negotiable based on experience)



Role Overview 

Palete Design House is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. This remote position is ideal for a skilled design professional passionate about creating top-notch user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design vision for our projects, from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of product design, a proven track record in UI/UX, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Candidates must have a solid portfolio and submit it as part of the application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to craft user-centered design solutions.
  • Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design approach innovative and competitive.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Product Design or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skills.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Design Principles: Deep understanding of product design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
