Job Description:
The Scrum Master is responsible for managing software projects using the Scrum framework, designing wireframes and simple UI, conducting user research, and providing support in product management activities. This role requires a combination of project management, design, and product management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the project progresses according to the Scrum framework.
• Track project progress, identify and address any issues or bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Conduct user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Work closely with the product management team to align user research findings with product strategy and roadmap. • Product Management Support:
• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, user needs, and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to prioritize features and ensure successful product releases.
• Monitor product metrics, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
Job Specifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Product Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Agile project management using Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in wireframing and UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with product management concepts, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and metrics analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of software development processes and familiarity with web and mobile technologies is a plus.
