- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and customer needs
- Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it contains well-defined and actionable user stories or features.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Sprint Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, providing guidance on product requirements and prioritization. Participate in sprint reviews and provide feedback to ensure the product meets expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and development teams, to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps.
- Product Release and Launch: Coordinate product releases, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure a successful launch.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation
