Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to assist with time-consuming operational and coordination tasks
- Own small features or products under guidance of Product Manager
- Prepare visual reports, slide decks or proposals for stakeholders
- Conduct short user/market research as needed
- Collect and present relevant data and insights to help the Product Manager make informed decisions
- Analyze product usage and suggest improvements
- Take notes in product meetings and document decisions and action items
- Organize and maintain product documentation and specifications
- Support in user acceptance testing and collecting feedback
- Coordinate internal communications across product, engineering, design, and QA teams
Requirements:
- Prior experience in product or project roles is a plus — internships are welcome
- Ability to ask the right questions, and follow up effectively
- Basic understanding of software development and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar
- Enthusiastic about product management and willing to learn from experienced professionals
