Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and managing data warehousing and analytics solutions that deliver actionable business insights. Your expertise in data architecture within the Microsoft BI ecosystem will be critical in addressing evolving business needs. You will also lead data integration initiatives, ensuring high performance, security, and alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data transfer and processing.
- Optimize the performance of databases and data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering with Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS (both Multi-Dimensional and Tabular models).
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern data pipeline and transformation tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Airflow, Spark) is a strong advantage.
