استخدام Customer Experience Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Okala company is looking for new teammates in the field of  customer experience to participate and accompany in cooperation with other team members in development of products. Our mission is to create an unique experience of online shopping for supermarket products for all people throughout Iran.

Requirement:


  • Conduct comprehensive user research to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain customer journey maps, highlighting key touchpoints, goals, emotions, and pain points for both online and offline experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and customer support to align CX strategies and initiatives across all channels.
  • Design intuitive and seamless experiences for both online and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistency and coherence in the overall customer journey.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets to communicate and validate design solutions for both digital and physical interactions.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize customer touchpoints, whether digital interfaces, physical spaces, or customer service interactions, to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Define and track key CX metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of design solutions for both online and offline experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX design, user research, and customer experience strategies, incorporating them into the development of online and offline experiences.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed to ensure consistent and exceptional experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, advocating for the importance of CX in all business decisions and initiatives.
Skills:

  • Proficient in conducting user research methodologies such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and user feedback analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze research findings.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Ability to define research objectives and develop research plans.
  • Experience in generating actionable insights that inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of UX research tools and software.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
