Responsibilities :

Designing and Implementing highly available and scalable Infrastructures
Designing and Implementing DevOps environment, automation tools and frameworks
Implementing and Administrating services for Backup Solutions Security Manager
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with staff, ensuring timely communication, and drive technical issues towards closure
Participate in an on-call rotation
Proactive, self-starting, can-do mentality
Strong belief in collaboration

Requirements:

Docker, Kubernetes, general containerization and virtualization -implementation, maintenance, etc. use of Kubectl and Helm
Some experience in web servers and load balancers Nginx
General understanding of networking (VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.).
Familiar with most popular scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.You don't have to be able to write things from memory, but ideally
understand loops, conditionals, etc.
Configuration Management with Ansible
Linux/Unix superuser
Knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum (preferred)
Node and Dotnet Package Manager (NPM, Nuget, etc.)
CI/CD using gitlab-ci
Git/GitHub/GitFlow knowledge and experience
Monitoring (Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana,zabbix)
Logging (EFK, ELK)
Service mesh implementation and best-practices (Istio, linkerd, etc.). Ideally, you'll understand the microservices architecture and how/why
you'd want to manage intra/inter-communication.
Knowledge of relational database engines (Postgresql, Ms-sql, etc.)
Exposure to messaging pub/sub systems (RabbitMQ, Active-MQ, Kafka etc.)
Demonstrate experience troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve web scale production issues
Familiarity with NoSQL technologies eg: redis
