شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented FP&A to join our Finance team at our online grocery store application.
Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be mad




 Job Description


  • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual budgeting process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the organization.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted results.
  • Identify and investigate significant variances, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand the underlying drivers of financial performance and update forecasts accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Implement best practices and standardized templates to streamline reporting and analysis activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices in FP&A.
 




Requirements


  • At least 2 years’ experience in management reporting or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common reporting software.
  • Familiar with financial, property, and payroll systems.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints.
  • Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions to unexpected problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Getting along well with others and being interactive.
