شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a new Senior Financial Planning Analyst in the BimeBazar growth and strategy Team. Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the business team. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing, analyzing, and reviewing the annual business plans with the help of business owners and other stakeholders.
  • Reviewing the monthly financial and KPI reporting of each business in the group to provide value-added analysis on business performance.
  • Finance business partnering to provide data and analysis to support key decision-makers and promote efficient and effective operations.
  • Challenging the business finance managers and business owners on their monthly financial performance against plans and benchmarks. 
  • Developing strong relationships across businesses and finance functions.
  • Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process
  • Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision-making
  • Preparing and analyzing internal and external benchmarking.
Skills and qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will have a mix of strong analytical skills, together with financial analysis and the ability to communicate clearly 
  • Requires strong analytical and technical skills in financial analysis and modeling 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Ability to execute and follow through to completion and documentation
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and some knowledge of IFRS
  • Knowledge of investment appraisal process and capital budgeting
