استخدام Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher

شرح موقعیت شغلی

  At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Design team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher.

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting, reviewing, and analyzing the entire user funnel within and outside of the app experience.
  • Undertaking in-depth UX research to gain insights into customer behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Establishing and nurturing solid relationships with key stakeholders to create impactful user experience solutions.
  • Aligning UX research efforts with our business objectives and the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Employing a variety of research methods to extract detailed insights, crafting user personas, and influencing product strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Design team in planning and executing major projects.
  • Overseeing the UX research aspects of broader projects to ensure they align with our overall goals.
  • Applying complex research techniques to formulate user stories and assess their impact on the user experience.
  • Staying updated with UX trends to identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and enhancements.
 
Requirements:

  • A wealth of experience in UX research, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Mastery of diverse research methodologies and tools, with a knack for turning insights into strategic actions.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and a keen insight into customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Having a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
