استخدام Senior People Development Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our HR team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior People Development Specialist.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop development-related policies and procedures.
  • Continually search for best practices to improve current processes
  • Implementing initiatives that align with the desired cultural attributes.
  • Conducting surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improve employee experience.
  • Implementing succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Identifying and nurturing high-potential employees.
  • Collecting and analyzing HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Measuring the impact of HR programs on organizational performance.
  • Execute the L&D full process cycle both planned and ad-hoc requests
  • Analyzing jobs, providing organization job profiles, and keeping them updated.
  • Delivering HR-related data-driven reports
 


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or any other related discipline.
  • MBA / Master’s degree in human resource management is a plus.
  • At least two years of HR experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in HRD, OD, and L&D solutions and processes
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis.
  • Skill in presenting projects in a visually compelling and understandable way.
  • Familiar with grading and leveling models (Hay Group, Towers Watson, … ) is a plus
