استخدام Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our HR team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist .

Responsibilities:


  • Cooperating closely with hiring managers to recognize their needs.
  • Following A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Conducting HR Interviews
  • Monitoring Talent Acquisition KPI's and suggesting for improving funnel.
  • Presenting weekly, and monthly reports of the hiring process.
   Requirements:



  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
