شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an Account Supervisor at TapsiFood to lead our account team and manage our clients’ marketing campaigns and strategies. In this role, you should be an outstanding communicator and an effective leader capable of supervising multiple programs and team members. If you also possess a strong background in account management and advertising, we would like to meet you. Your objective will be to ensure high-quality service for our clients and to ensure that our account department operates smoothly and profitably.


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 
    • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns. 
  2. Sales Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement strategies for retaining and growing key accounts. 
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and products. 
  3. Team Leadership
    • Supervise a team of key account managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. 
    • Train new team members on best practices in key account management. 
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for key accounts and the account management team. 
    • Prepare regular reports to senior management on account performance and strategic recommendations. 
  5. Problem Resolution
    • Address any issues that arise within key accounts and work towards timely resolutions. 
    • Ensure that client feedback is communicated to relevant departments to improve service delivery. 
  6. Strategic Planning
    • Assist in the development of account plans that outline objectives, strategies, and action plans for each key account. 
    • Analyze market trends and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly. 
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, often with a focus on key accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used in account management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
