شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Vendor Acquisition Manager at TapsiFood, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships with vendors that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for driving the vendor acquisition strategy, managing relationships, and ensuring that our vendor base is diverse, reliable, and cost-effective. Your expertise will help us optimize our supply chain and enhance our competitive advantage in the market.

Responsibilities 

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to inform vendor selection.
  • Vendor Evaluation & Selection:
    • Evaluate potential vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and alignment with our business needs.
    • Develop criteria for vendor selection and lead the evaluation process.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and communications.
  • Negotiation & Contracting:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
    • Review and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to integrate vendor management into overall operations.
    • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align vendor capabilities with business strategy.
  • Budget Management and Reporting
  • Communication with Promoters and Field Coordination

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in an E-Commerce company is a plus.
