استخدام Senior Customer Experience Analyst

Job Description:

We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Experience (CX) business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will enhance the customer journey, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty through exceptional service and engagement. You will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with various departments to improve processes and deliver an outstanding experience that aligns with our brand values.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Constantly monitoring the customer journey map and its existing metrics and tracking any changes.
  • Preparing analytical reports and identifying weaknesses based on existing data.
  • Effectively consulting and following up with various teams to advance goals and achieve KPIs.
  • Providing out-of-the-box and creative ideas to create a unique experience for customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively via phone communication.
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary to ensure complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for improving customer experience.
  • Evaluate and score customer feedback based on established criteria to derive actionable insights.
Requirement:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Excellent project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and initiatives effectively.
  • Numerical intelligence to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in working with reporting dashboards, retrieving reports, and analyzing them, particularly using Metabase.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in Pivot Tables and Power Query, along with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, data aggregation, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with creating and interpreting dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information to drive improvements.
