• Evolve and expand reusable components, patterns, and interaction standards across platforms, ensuring consistency without ignoring platform conventions.
• Create and maintain component documentation covering their purpose, usage guidelines, variants/states, responsive behavior, do/don’t rules, and implementation notes if needed.
• Own the entire publishing and quality assurance of the entire system and individual assets, ensuring  smooth updates and backward compatibility.
• Drive platform expansion by defining missing primitives, component variants, and states required by product teams.
• Handle ongoing system fixes while trying to reduce inconsistencies, eliminate attempts to  override, and improve usability and clarity of system components.
• Assist the team in achieving high standards of superiority in providing satisfying user experiences.
• Evangelize best practices to drive Design System adoption across the organization
• Post-launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Work cross-functionally with PMs, developers, content writers, marketing/brand teams and researchers to develop innovative solutions that are technically feasible.
• Maintain an awareness of industry trends, tools, principles, and best practices to continuously improve what we do and ensure a great system of systems.
• Collaborate, guide, and impact the team by sharing best practices ensuring quality and consistency in their work.

• 3+ years of experience turning problems into engaging design solutions and working in an agile environment with distributed teams and tools.
• Understand design processes and knowledge to balance technical limitations, user needs, and business objectives.
• Portfolio showcasing extensive and hands-on experience with at least 1 design system, aesthetic understanding, and clear case studies of past projects. Recent experience on a mature design system which is still used to date is a must have.
• Familiarity with well-known design systems/ languages such as, Google Material You Expressive, GM3, Apple HCI Guidelines, IBM Carbon, Primer, Ant Design, Adobe Spectrum and etc.
• Excellent spoken and written skills. High Professional proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Knowledge of analyze and work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to turn open and unclear business and product needs into clear and effective questions, activities & results.
• Passion for learning new technologies and understanding user needs across a wide range of available opportunities.
• Being familiar with the cryptocurrency industry and product growth concept is a strong plus.
• Having a development background with relevant technologies is also a strong plus.
• Being a systems thinker, focused on usability, problem-solving, and reducing friction.
• Having a Strategic mindset, balancing long-term vision with practical delivery.
