Nobitex is looking for an Experienced Strategic Planning Specialist to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic plans that aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
- Align processes, resources-planning, and department goals with an overall strategy.
- Coordinating with different teams, setting OKRs, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment throughout organization.
- Assess the company’s and departments’ operational and strategic performance by setting key performance indicators, targets and monitoring them.
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and make informed recommendations.
- Providing management reports to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of strategic plans and make adjustments as necessary.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning, Business consulting, or a related field with a proven track record of successfully leading strategic planning initiatives.
- Strategic and System thinking capabilities are crucial.
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures.
- Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent effective communication skills.
- Familiar with OKR, strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects.
Nice to Have:
- Having working experience in FinTech companies is a plus
- Being Familiar with cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is a plus.
