Nobitex is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you support the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
- Provide support in creating and refining recruitment processes and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
