• Deliver high-quality designs and animations in numerous styles, showing options and alternatives.
• Brainstorm with creative team members and create designs inspired by style guides or creative briefs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Develop captivating and engaging motion graphics for various marketing and PR materials, including:
  • Animated social media content
  • Explainer videos for product features and educational content
  • Promotional website banners and animations
  • Presentations and reports
  • Branding elements with motion components (e.g., logos, app icons)
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all animated elements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in motion design and animation.
• Create storyboards and animatics to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop high-quality motion graphics using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc).
• Work collaboratively with the art director, graphic designer, illustrator, and other team members.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of skills in creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and animation software.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency space and its potential.
