About Us

We are a fast-growing startup building multiple digital products. Our team believes in rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and leveraging the latest AI technologies to build exceptional user experiences.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who is curious, collaborative, and passionate about shaping products from idea to execution.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to final implementation.
Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for web and mobile products.
Translate complex business problems into simple and elegant solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve our design system to support rapid product development and brand consistency.
Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
Actively explore and adopt emerging AI-powered design workflows.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or Senior Product Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, interaction design.
Advanced proficiency with Figma Design, Make, FigJam, Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Design Systems.
Hands-on experience with usability testing and behavior analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Maze.
Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to use data to inform design decisions.
Familiarity with UX measurement frameworks (e.g., Google HEART, SUS) to define and track design success metrics.
Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong product thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of design trends.

AI Experience

We are looking for designers who actively use modern AI tools as part of their daily workflow. Experience with tools such as: Claude AI, Claude Design, ChatGPT and Recraft. Experience using AI to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and design iteration is a significant advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience designing AI-powered products.
Understanding of front-end technologies and developer handoff.
Experience planning and conducting in-depth qualitative user research (e.g., user interviews and discovery studies).
Advanced prototyping skills.
Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
