About Us
RCOINX is a next-generation cryptocurrency exchange being developed by Noavaran Tejarat Pars Co., focused on delivering a secure, scalable, and high-performance trading experience.
We are building the infrastructure for Spot Trading, Futures Trading, P2P Marketplace, Social Trading, and AI-powered trading solutions.
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer who can help us build and maintain a reliable production environment as we prepare for launch and future growth.
Position
DevOps Engineer (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain production infrastructure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Docker-based services and deployments
- Configure and maintain Linux servers
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Manage Nginx, SSL, reverse proxies, and load balancing
- Ensure platform security, stability, and performance
- Create backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Monitor APIs, WebSocket services, databases, and system health
- Collaborate closely with Backend and Product teams
- Support infrastructure scaling and high-availability initiatives
Required Skills
Strong experience with:
- Linux (Ubuntu / Debian)
- Docker & Docker Compose
- Nginx
- Git & GitHub
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Server Security Fundamentals
- Monitoring & Logging Solutions
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Networking Fundamentals
- Troubleshooting Production Systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, OVH)
- High Availability Architectures
- WebSocket Infrastructure
- Blockchain Node Operations
- Trading Platforms or FinTech Products
- Infrastructure Automation
