شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview


As a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer at Sazito, you will design, operate, and improve the reliability, scalability, and automation of our production infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering and platform teams to ensure systems remain highly available and performant as we grow.

Key Responsibilities


- Design and operate highly available production infrastructure
 - Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
 - Lead incident response and root cause analysis
 - Build automation to reduce operational toil
 - Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
 - Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible
 - Implement monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch)
 - Operate large-scale distributed databases (MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse)
 - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability

Required Qualifications


- 5+ years of DevOps / SRE experience
 - Strong Linux system administration skills
 - Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
 - CI/CD pipeline design experience
 - Infrastructure automation experience
 - Experience managing distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
 - High-traffic production system experience
 - API gateway or edge infrastructure knowledge
 - Performance optimization and capacity planning experience
